The hotel was located in a fantastic location, just opposite the train station, making it easy to move around faster. It was also close to the shopping street, providing plenty of options for shopping. it was conveniently situated near the S-Bahn station, offering great transportation options.

The highlight of my stay at Hotel Abendstern was the incredibly spacious room with a beautiful oven featuring old tiles. As a family of 4, it was a pleasant surprise to find a quadruple room that still had plenty of room to move around. The cleanliness of the room and the simplicity of the bathroom were also commendable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options that appealed to everyone's taste. The lady at the reception was extremely welcoming and helpful, even offering us space in the backyard for our bicycles. Additionally, the central location, just a 5-minute walk from Kantstraße with its bustling restaurants, made exploring the city a breeze. Despite some minor drawbacks, such as a worn bathroom and a language barrier, I would highly recommend this hotel for its charming 19th-century flair, spacious rooms, and convenient location. I had a pleasant experience at Hotel Abendstern.

The room was modernized and comfortable, with new furniture. the location of the hotel was very convenient, right next to a train station. the staff were friendly and positive.

The noise level was unbearable, with people talking loudly and shouting outside all night long. the cleanliness of the room and towels left much to be desired.
